These capabilities are included in Standard today. The service schedule defines the full scope and limits.

Import and version

Organise projects and import UTF-8 CSV or XLSX files, with worksheet selection. Keep immutable imported versions, file fingerprints and field descriptions.

Check and review

Configure required values, duplicates, data types, numeric bounds and allowed values. Review row-level findings, add notes, resolve or reopen them.

Export and document

Export dataset values and findings as CSV, and an evidence package as JSON. Review decisions are recorded separately from the original check results.

Resolving a finding records your review decision; it does not correct the imported data or change the original result.

Data & scope

A focused product, with explicit boundaries.

Standard supports genuinely anonymised business datasets only. Personal account, billing and contact information is handled separately under the Privacy Notice.

Data you can upload

Do not upload identifiable or merely pseudonymised business records, re-identification keys, formula cells, macros or external workbook links. You are responsible for genuine anonymisation.

Import limits

Each import supports up to 2 MiB, 10,000 data rows and 50 columns. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD and numbers use a decimal point.

What is not included

No actuarial calculation engine, team invitations, shared-team roles, SSO, custom integrations, consulting or training. Future roadmap items are not part of Standard.

Retention and exit

Business datasets and non-personal results are retained for 12 calendar months after the effective end of the subscription, subject to earlier deletion requests and applicable legal requirements.

Vegalys does not claim ISO 27001 certification, end-to-end encryption or regulatory assurance. The service does not replace your own actuarial, legal or compliance review.

How do I start?

Create a business account, verify your email, then review Standard and the B2B terms before subscribing through Stripe. Registration alone does not trigger a payment.

Is Premium available?

No. Standard is the only plan open for purchase. Premium is displayed as a future offer and is not an upgrade available today.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel before the next renewal from your billing area. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no annual commitment.

Does Standard include an actuarial engine?

No. Standard covers dataset imports, quality checks, review decisions and exports. It does not execute actuarial models or guarantee regulatory compliance.

What happens when my subscription ends?

The 12-month archive period starts at the effective subscription end, not when you request cancellation. Source-value exports remain available through Data settings during that period; export findings and evidence during active access.

How do I contact support?

Email vegalysuae@gmail.com. The first-response commitment is two Business Days, as defined in the Terms. It is not a guaranteed resolution time or a 24/7 SLA.
