Offer and audience
Standard is for business customers in the United Arab Emirates and European Union. The fee is EUR 1,000 per month excluding applicable taxes, paid monthly in advance with automatic monthly renewal and no annual commitment. Cancellation is permitted before renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period, as set out in the B2B Terms. Premium is not available for purchase. No fixed VAT percentage is added by this schedule.
The service is limited to genuinely anonymised business datasets. Identifiable or merely pseudonymised personal business records and re-identification keys must not be uploaded. Account, contact and billing information is handled separately under the Privacy Notice.
Included functionality
- One account per workspace; projects and UTF-8 CSV or XLSX imports, including worksheet selection.
- Immutable imported versions, SHA-256 file fingerprints, field descriptions and configurable quality rules.
- Required values, duplicates, text/number/date types, numeric bounds and allowed values.
- Row- and field-level findings; review notes, resolution, reopening and recorded review history. Resolving a finding does not correct the source data or change the original check result.
- Dataset-value CSV exports, findings CSV exports and a JSON evidence package. Spreadsheet-sensitive exported text is escaped; original workbook formatting is not reproduced.
- Authenticated data-management access for available source-value exports and early workspace deletion with password confirmation. Deleting workspace data does not itself cancel the subscription or close the account.

Dates use YYYY-MM-DD and numbers use a decimal point. Formula cells, macros and external workbook links are not supported. The Customer is responsible for genuine anonymisation; the application does not guarantee automatic detection of personal information.
Not included
No actuarial calculation engine, team invitations, role management, automated version comparison, bespoke integrations, consulting, training, independent Premium review, certification or regulatory assurance is included. Roadmap items are not part of the subscription.
Support and exit
Email support is available at vegalysuae@gmail.com with a first response within two Business Days, as defined in the Terms. This is not a guaranteed resolution time or 24/7 SLA.
Anonymised business datasets and their non-personal results are retained during the subscription and for twelve calendar months after its effective end, subject to valid earlier deletion requests and applicable legal requirements. A cancellation request alone does not start that period. This archive does not extend ordinary product access or authorise new charges.
During the available archive period, the authenticated Data settings page provides source-value CSV exports. Export quality findings and evidence during active access. Contact support for other lawful return requests; no unbuilt recovery service is promised. Personal account, billing and support records follow separate purpose-based rules in the Privacy Notice.
The DPA is a conditional framework for separately agreed personal-data processing; it does not authorise personal business datasets in Standard.
